How to insert symbol in a Microsoft word 2010

If you are working on Microsoft word and creating MS word document using text and punctuation marks, punctuation marks, number are just not enough there you should need special symbol such as a trademark, copyright, and registered symbol etc. Here are some ways to insert special symbol, follow me.


Open a word document where you can see a Blank page.




 Click on the “Insert” Button at the top Menu Bar.

Click on the “Symbol” in the symbols group, and keep in mind where is your courser blinking because the selected symbol will be placed where your courser is.

Click on the needed Symbol in Drop down menu (1.1)  If you Doesn’t find your needed symbol click on the Button  “More Symbols” (1.2).

How to insert page number in Microsoft Word 2010

If you are working on Microsoft word and creating MS word document with multiple pages just like book, and the book you should need Page Number and outline and much more.

While inserting page number there is more option in drop down menu, which is Top of Page, Bottom of Page, Page Margins, Current Position, Format Page Number, and
Remove Page Number. Once you select the page number it would be set automatically to the entire document.

            Open a word document, where you can see a Blank page.




       Click on the “Insert” Button at the top Menu Bar.



     Click on the Page Number in the Header & Footer Group



 Top of Page, Most of page number in “Top of Page” located on the page, on the Top left, Top right, and Center in 25 different styles.


Select any Suitable Page Number from the above.

Inserting of Equation one of them, friends today I will show how to insert Different types of Equation Using Microsoft Word in easy steps.



Open a word document where you can see a Blank page.




Click on the “Insert” Button at the top Menu Bar.


Click on “Equation” (With pi Symbol (π)) button in the Group of symbols at the top right side to insert Equation





Click the Equation (Area of circle) to insert in word document. A Equation will be place at the position where your cursor blinking.

If your Equation is not available in the listed equation Click on the “Insert New Equation” With pi symbol




Inserting New Equation, when you click on new Equation, the menu become change to the new option



Click on the needed structure that associated to the Equation.
